Built on Community, Guided by Care

Endless Support Services was founded by Joseph and Nana Ete with a genuine passion for serving others and a belief that quality support should feel personal, reliable and grounded in care.

Before starting Endless, Joseph spent more than four years working as a support worker. During that time, he developed a deep love for helping people with disability live fuller, more independent lives. Together with his wife and co-director Nana, he created Endless Support Services as a family-based business shaped by the values they were raised with: love, compassion, respect and service to others.

The name “Endless Support Services” reflects Joseph and Nana’s belief that there are endless ways to support, encourage and uplift people. No two people are the same, and support should never feel one-size-fits-all. Every participant deserves to be treated with dignity, listened to with respect, and supported in ways that reflect their own goals, choices and lifestyle.

Based in Logan and supporting participants across surrounding areas, Endless Support Services is proud to offer the kind of personal approach that smaller providers do best. Our close-knit team takes the time to build meaningful relationships, understand individual needs, and provide supports that are flexible, consistent and genuinely caring.

As Endless continues to grow, our mission remains the same: to provide safe, meaningful and empowering support that helps people feel valued, heard and supported to reach their full potential.
